Profile

I received my B.E. degree in Computer Science & Engineering Department at Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Beijing, China, and M.Sc. degree in Computer Science Department at Lakehead University, Thunder Bay, Canada. My undergraduate research was about Chinese Cooking and Nutrition Database and my M.Sc. thesis was about Multi-Agent application over Multidisciplinary Design Optimization.

I have worked for Supply Chain Management of Motorola Inc.'s Semiconductor Product Sector located in Tianjin China and Austin Texas.  I have been working on various projects such as MRPII system, SAP deployment, CIM, etc. I've also been involved in various software system qualification such as ISO-9002, SEI level I thru III, etc.

During my graduate study, I have been working with Nortel Networks as full time intern student for 16 months. In Nortel, I've been working on software quality matrix evaluation software and reporting software development and related database design.

I've also been working with Integrated Manufacturing Technology Institute of Canadian National Research Council for 8 months on my M.Sc. degree thesis. My research was mainly focus on Multi-Agent technology.
