Profile

I received the B.Eng. degree in Information Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China in 1990. Then, I worked as a telecommunication engineer for China National Petroleum Co. for almost ten years. During the first five years, my duties focused on the telecommunication systems and networks maintenance of the Liaohe telecommunication network, system installation and test. During the second five years, worked as a computer network engineer.
